EFI is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Inkjet Business Unit in our Meredith, NH office.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading proactive DFSS projects for best in class design and reactive problem solving projects. The Problem Solver ensures that DFSS projects and reactive problem solving projects are properly defined, scoped, executed, completed, documented, and communicated by following prescribed methods.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 5 years accumulated experience in reactive and proactive structured problem solving, Anova, Weibull, Descriptive Statistics, DOE, Capability studies)
DFSS Black Belt, Shainin Red X Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent
Demonstrate a track record of successfully completing problem solving projects
Outstanding statistical and analytical skills
Understanding of machine design and assembly
Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Minitbab, SigmaXl
Proven leadership skills
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited university
Certified DFSS Master Black Belt
Certified Shainin Red X Master
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
Completed projects demonstrating the understanding of statistical operating principles
High Level of Competency in controls and software engineering, and design/manufacturing operations quality
