AVP Deposit Operations Officer
New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) has a new and exciting opportunity for an AVP Deposit Operations Officer to join our team, on-site at our Meredith, NH office location.
The successful applicant will have strong leadership and exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience AVP Deposit Operations Officer:
$62,000 - $81,000 PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned Deposit Operations functions and staff while ensuring daily production and service requirements are satisfied Directs and oversees the processing of the operational functions of the department including exception item processing (EIP), dispute processing, and the servicing of all deposit accounts for all NHMB affiliates Participates in various internal committees including project committees Provides primary leadership backup to the role of VP/Deposit Operations DESIRED
Experience:
Seven to ten years combination of supervisory and banking experience National Check Professional (NCP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred Extensive knowledge of bank deposit products and services Strong leadership ability with a focus on collaboration, fostering environment of teamwork, empathy, and the development of others Exceptional ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances Experience with performing high level research, troubleshooting, analysis and issue resolution, including those related to system interfaces Project team leadership experience, with proven record of meeting or exceeding project milestones We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
